| Description | With the attached file (luatex.fmt and plain.mem in the current dir) I get an mplib error: MetaPost capacity exceeded, sorry [main memory size=5000]. When I uncomment the line with main_memory=10000, I still get the same error but with number 10000 instead of 5000. I would have expected that when I increase the main_memory I can process more lines of input. At least this is what the error message made me think. I believe that this is an issue of number of input lines, because when I delete one line from the input, I get no error message. You have to regenerate the metapost mem file |

OK, that seems to work, thanks! But the message confuses me (i.e. the message reports the new setting, although it is not used, right?). So: it works for me but this could be considered confusing. |
