Steps To Reproduce | Run (plain) luatex on the file: \magnification\magstep5 Test \bye and compare with the results from pdftex or xetex. With luatex, the text is not magnified. | ||||

\mag is still broken in dvi mode in 0.97 (I haven't tried 0.96). The example file in bug 0000971 gives you rules of three different sizes. (Note that, in dvi mode, \mag doesn't change the number of dvi units in a point or cm or whatever. That is left to the dvi driver. See page 60 of the TeXBook.) |
